What are cases and case management in ComplyAdvantage Mesh?
Screening happens as part of the onboarding process of a customer and as a result of any ongoing monitoring. During screening, we search different sources such as Sanction, Warning and Fitness and Probity lists, a Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) register and Adverse Media to check your customer for potential risks. If we identify any people or companies that match your screening criteria, we’ll create a case.
Our case management solution allows users to:
- Search cases by customer name or ID.
- Filter cases by customer risk, case stage, who the case is assigned to, or when it was created.
- Sort and prioritize cases by case type (onboarding or monitoring), customer risk level (high, medium low), when the case was created or last modified, case stage and more.
