What are alerts and risks in ComplyAdvantage Mesh?
Within each case, there will be one or more alerts. An alert is a signal that something suspicious was found.
Within each alert, there will be one or more profiles. A profile is a collection of information about a person or company. It includes their identifying details (name, date of birth, incorporation date, etc), associations with other people or companies, as well as any appearances on Sanction, Warning, Fitness and Probity lists, a Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) register or Adverse Media.
Users can review the profiles and decide whether any of them represent the customer that they are screening. They can then select a case decision of ‘no risk detected’, ‘risk detected- accepted’ and ‘risk detected- offboard’.
