Delete a webhook notification configuration

This endpoint allows deleting a webhook notification configuration.

You need the "Create and update webhooks" permission to use this endpoint.

When you create a webhook config or run "Get list of webhook configs", you'll receive a unique configuration identifier for each webhook config. Supply that here for the webhook you wish to delete.
